Refund policy

 We have a no refund policy for energy readings. The only exception that we will honor a digital return is if you never received the reading and I do not have it sent on my end. Most times it gets lost in spam so please don’t hesitate to message me if you feel like it might’ve gotten lost. Under no circumstances are sale items refundable. If you are unsatisfied with the reading, please let me know and we will see what we can do to help rectify the issue. If you cannot attend the reading, please kindly email me and we can reschedule it at no problem. Please understand that this is a small business.
