Nervous System Reiki Reset (1HR Zoom)

Nervous System Reiki Reset is a calming and restorative energy healing session designed to help bring your mind, body, and spirit back into a state of peace, safety, and energetic balance. This session combines intuitive guidance, reiki healing, and energetic restoration to help soothe emotional overwhelm, anxiety, energetic heaviness, overthinking, and spiritual exhaustion.

The intention behind this session is to gently regulate and recenter your energy while creating space for clarity, grounding, emotional release, and inner calm. During this session, I intuitively channel into your energy field to identify energetic blockages, emotional stress patterns, and areas where your body may be holding tension or survival-based energy.

This session may be especially supportive for those experiencing:
• Emotional overwhelm
• Anxiety or energetic overstimulation
• Burnout or exhaustion
• Difficulty relaxing or feeling safe in the body
• Mental fog or racing thoughts
• Emotional heaviness
